Dalip Singh Batra, CMD

Dalip Singh Batra founded the Group as a machinery trading company and led to its evolution as one of the industry leaders in commercial property development. Today, the Group is well-diversified and efficiently managed with a focus on creating value for the nation’s real estate sector. Born in a small town of Rawalpindi, Dalip Singh Batra moved on to the city of Delhi in 1947 to realize his entrepreneurial dreams. The formative years exposed him to the challenging world of printing. He started importing second-hand print machinery from abroad for many years setting new standards in India’s printing history. Joined by his sons, he recognized the huge potential in entering the real estate sector and within a few years, ventured into the business of urban infrastructure. Ever since he was young, he had a passion for construction, and with the establishment of the Group, his dreams came true. A visionary entrepreneur, Dalip Singh Batra expanded the Group’s presence in infrastructure by continuously implementing new ideas for Indian industry. His indomitable will, visionary approach and insight gained recognition with the emergence of first-of-its-kind glass façade buildings in and around Delhi. Dalip Singh Batra laid a strong emphasis on building a leadership-driven organization ensuring evolution of business from generation to generation. Spearheaded by sons Harpreet Singh Batra and Brajinder Singh Batra, the Group has emerged stronger, more focused with an even greater sense of purpose.

Harpreet Singh Batra

Since joining the Group in 1996, Harpreet Singh Batra has helped it grow from a profitable startup to a diversified enterprise. A Commerce graduate from Delhi University, Harpreet Singh Batra successfully followed his father’s footsteps with single-minded dedication and unrelenting commitment. Under his leadership and strategic direction, Imperia Structures Ltd. has significantly developed its infrastructure and expanded its offerings while adhering to the Group’s tradition of innovation. His academic background uniquely prepares him to lead the organization into a flourishing future. With a pool of vibrant professionals, Harpreet Singh Batra oversees the business operations of Imperia Structures Ltd. – the Group’s new age realty business. His motto is to achieve global excellence through strict adherence to quality and consistency. A dynamic personality with extensive international exposure and experience, Harpreet Singh Batra is credited with developing the technologically ultimate projects of Imperia Structures Ltd.

Brajinder Singh Batra

As the Director of Imperia Structures Ltd., Brajinder Singh Batra has been responsible for the company’s venture into urban real estate development and for expanding its domestic operations. He graduated from Delhi University with distinction, and like his father, was tremendously driven by the future prospects of commercial construction business. This drove him to join the company four years back in 2001 Guided by his father Dalip Singh Batra and elder brother Harpreet Singh Batra, Brajinder Signh Batra has been greatly instrumental in enhancing the brand portfolio and image in the market. In tune with the company’s long-term vision, he has taken an initiative to advance several dynamic projects. His objective is to take the company to the highest echelons of growth and expansion in the coming years. Brajinder Singh Batra has been responsible for setting new trends in the business process and for increasing overall productivity of the company.
